102 - Inner Strength Training

A 5 minute lesson a day for 30 days

We will spend hours at the gym each week and $2000 a month on a great personal trainer for good reason to increase outer strength. We have a physical body and our efforts to maintain it and build it are worth the cost and effort.

Yet with some contemplation, we will realize that inner strength is a million times more important than outer strength. With low levels of inner strength we can't even begin to build outer strength.

The beautiful thing about inner strength is that there is no limit to it. Inner strength comes from our soul, and few have even an inkling of what is needed to do this. What is it worth to have an effective protocol to progressively and continuously improve inner strength?

Designed with Critical Point Analysis where the least effort has maximum impact, simply read or listen to a 5 minute lesson a day then hold it in mind for the day. Simple. Fast. Effective. Valuable.

"I love the daily workbook exercises. It is all you need to take you home" Dr Nisha Manek MD

"Should be taught to all medical students" Dr Sam Yoshida MD

The lessons I have learned, the changes I have made in my thinking and path I have taken since then is truly amazing and I couldn't be more thankful.

Andrew Facca

A long time ago I did the holistic basics: eat plants, learn yoga & Reiki. I stopped practicing Reiki after learning B.O.S. with Larry Steel, which was far more comprehensive and effective.  I then studied and trained with world-renowned medical doctors, scientists and healers and served as a vehicle to bless many with the Sacred Relics of The Buddha.  I do my best to help those who are interested to: discover the depths of their essence to fulfill their potential; transcend re-occurring undesirable issues and limitations; or heal or help others heal quickly and effectively. I make no claims and only report what I have done for myself and what others have experienced.
